2. Purpose and business activity
iWP.es presents, sells and provides subscription access to WordPress plugins. Visitors can browse the catalogue, create an account, order and pay for digital products, download software, receive licence keys, activate authorised websites and obtain the updates and support included in their plan.
Product features, compatibility, licence scope, installation allowance, billing period, price and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. A purchase is governed by the information and terms shown before the order is confirmed and by mandatory consumer law where it applies. Redsys processes card payments.
3. Access and acceptable use
You must use the site, your account, downloads and licences lawfully and in good faith. You may not attack security, bypass activation limits, use someone else’s credentials or licence, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or infringe third-party rights.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and checking stated technical compatibility before installing a plugin. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform or address a breach, without limiting rights that consumer law makes mandatory.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
Website copy, designs, trade marks, logos, images, documentation and code belong to InformatiQ or are used with permission. Buying a subscription does not transfer ownership; it grants only the usage rights stated in the product licence. Reproduction, redistribution, public communication or adaptation outside that licence or the limits of the law is prohibited.
5. Availability, links and liability
We work to keep the information accurate and the service secure, but maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, InformatiQ is not liable for loss arising from use contrary to instructions, compatibility issues the user failed to disclose, third-party modifications or external services. Nothing here excludes a liability or guarantee that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Third-party links and services, including the Redsys gateway, are also governed by their own terms and policies. InformatiQ does not control external-site content.
6. Privacy and cookies

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by the applicable procedural rules. Consumers retain the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts at their place of residence; in other cases and where the law permits, the parties submit to the courts of the Balearic Islands.
